Before entering the period of intensive meditation and New Year's Eve rituals, the venerable monk Le Phuoc Vu (Dharma name: Tuong Van) - the founder and builder of Dai Tung Lam Hoa Sen, conveyed his New Year's wishes and blessings to the entire mass. 

In this Dharma-ending age, there are many who practice Buddhism, but few of them achieve success. Sentient beings live in a realm of five-fold sufferings, burdened by heavy karmic debts, and their true Buddha nature is often obscured by ignorance. It is difficult for them to sever their worldly ties and make a sincere vow to practice Buddhism. 

With the mission and aspiration to maintain the sacred lineage of the Buddha's teachings and the ultimate victory of the path of enlightenment, His Holiness Compassionate Father went through countless eons of Bodhisattva cultivation and achieved the supreme and perfect enlightenment, establishing the Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss. Dai Tung Lam Hoa Sen monastery is a fortunate encounter for Buddhist followers to come together to live in the true path of the Buddha's teachings and to sincerely practice and chant the Buddha's name. 

Having the auspicious opportunity to come to the Three Jewels monastery to practice the teachings of the Buddha, one can generate the Bodhi mind and attain the blissful peace of enlightenment, which is the most precious treasure of every Buddhist disciple. After listening to the Dharma talk of Tường Vân, each Buddhist follower and monastic reflected deeply on their own mind and spiritual journey of the past year. From there, they made a sincere vow to have unwavering faith in the Buddha's teachings, respected the Three Jewels, studied, and applied the Dharma every day to cultivate the firm Bodhi mind, and to constantly refine themselves through Buddhist practice to attain inner peace and happiness.

As the New Year's Eve arrives, during the solemn and peaceful atmosphere of the monastery, each strike of the Bat-nha drum reverberates through the ten directions, opening and illuminating the minds of those still caught in delusions and distractions, awakening them to the path of the Buddha. The entire assembly is reminded to return to the realm of the Buddha, and to seek refuge in the pure and authentic teachings of the Buddha.
