Therefore, within the framework of the Memorial Service for the victims of Covid-19 at Dai Tung Lam Hoa Sen Pagoda, the solemn Great Ceremony of Purification for the deceased is a manifestation of the compassionate and merciful spirit of Buddhist practitioners, relying on the Dharma and the power of the prayers of the monastic community to spread the heartfelt prayers for the departed souls to be reborn in a peaceful realm, while comforting the grieving families who have lost loved ones in the pandemic. 

The Great Ceremony of Bodhisattva's Birthday and the Great Ceremony of Offering Prayers for Victims of the Covid-19 pandemic, organized by the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha of Da Huoai District, Lam Dong Province, would take place continuously for 5 days from August 24th to 28th (Lunar July 27th, 28th, and 29th and August 1st and 2nd, the Year of the Tiger) at Dai Tung Lam Hoa Sen Pagoda (National Highway 20, Damri Town, Da Huoai District, Lam Dong Province). 

During the praying ceremony, when the bell rang, more than 2,000 people reverently recited and prayed for the spirits of the unfortunate victims who died due to the Covid-19 epidemic and their relatives who passed away early. be liberated, reborn in the Western world of Ultimate Bliss.

The Great Ceremony of Offering Prayers for Victims of the Covid-19 pandemic at Dai Tung Lam Hoa Sen Pagoda was held not only as a Dharma meeting, but also with a special spiritual meaning for those with deceased relatives during the Covid-19 pandemic.
