Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva, also known with the familiar name in folklore, is Mother Bodhisattva. In Buddhism, he is one of the bodhisattvas that appear quite a lot in the Mahayana sutras. If in the Saddharma Puṇḍarīka Sūtra, he is seen as the Great Compassionate Father, vowing to save all sentient beings, then in the Prajnaparamitahridaya Sutra he is considered as the Great Position, fully understanding the five aggregates. 

On the evening of October 15th, 2022, Dai Tung Lam Hoa Sen Pagoda solemnly held the Light Transmission Ceremony. Hundreds of floating lanterns were released into the river by Buddhist followers and members of the Dai Tung Lam Hoa Sen. The sacred and colorful lights served as a prayer for blessings, as well as a wish for the continued existence of Buddhism, world peace, and the well-being of all beings on the path of practice and cultivation, following the compassionate teachings of Bodhisattva Avalokitesvara, for the personal and familial peace and liberation of all beings from samsara.  

Bodhisattva Avalokitesvara is the embodiment of compassion, he made a great vow to perform compassion until the end of his life, if sentient beings still suffer. Therefore, the merit of bowing down to 500 names of Bodhisattva Avalokitesvara is very great, each name of the Bodhisattva brings special meaning in the spirit of cultivation as well as the vow to save suffering and save the life of the Buddha. He is for all beings in this world. 

In the dignified, pure and sacred atmosphere, on the morning of October 16 (On September 21 of the year of tiger), more than 500 Buddhists and fellow initiates respectfully paid homage to the of five hundred names, commemorating the anniversary of Bodhisattva Avalokitesvara left home.
 

With all sincerity and aspiration, after the Ngu Bach Danh ceremony was completed in the spirit of single-minded devotion of the entire forum. The mass gathered at Dai Tung Lam Hoa Sen Pagoda not only wished to pray for the bodhisattva's blessing and salvation, but also thought of the compassion and love of the Bodhisattva to nurture the compassion of each Buddha's son, and bring them back to life. peace for their own body and mind, while sending the energy of compassion, joy, and peace to all sentient beings in the Dharma Realm.
