On the occasion of the Bodhisattva Avalokitesvara's birthday, Lunar September 19th, the Year of Tiger, Buddhists and fellow practitioners from the monasteries gathered at Dai Tung Lam Hoa Sen Pagoda to vow to practice efforts.
